Star Wars and Motor Cars...244

The Disney Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop

This Week's Theme: Face Characters

So to be honest the Face Characters have always kind of weirded me out a little.  Sorry.  I like the princesses but I'm just not a fan of the others.  That being said I had to look pretty hard to find a picture I liked.  I really miss the Stars and Motor Cars Parade and am a huge fan of Star Wars.  I wish I would have gotten the entire car/Landspeeder in the shot.  Still it brings back good memories of a good parade.  I added a couple more shots for free.   Hope you enjoy.

Love your pics! Haha, I never thought about face characters being weird until now and I have to agree a little. I miss the Stars and Motor Cars Parade too. That is such a cool landcruiser/speeder car!!!Looks like an old DeSoto??

Thanks so much for linking up and bringing us such happy memories,
Debs

That was a great parade! Characters of all sorts used to weird me out too...then, I worked with them professionally (non-Disney) and I was forced to deal with it...lol. Then came kids and the rest is history!

I agree with you about face characters. Those are pretty good ones, but it's not the same for me. We saw Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder from a distance this last time, and while they were pretty solid look-a-likes for what you'd envision a cartoon character to look like, it's still difficult. Having Luke and Leia, who are played by actors, as others, that's even less appealing to me.

I regret not being around for some of the Star Wars stuff this last time, but I chose the easy way out and went to the less crowded parks. Love seeing Lord Vader walking around like that, though.
