After some 900 miles...We finally ARRIVED!!!!! |
I know the overall goal of the vacation is to get to where you are going but there is something magical and exciting about the journey. I've always loved staying in different hotels and watching the miles tick away and it's great sharing those moments with my family. The kids love elevators, free breakfasts, Mad Libs, Joker's Run and rooms that connect with Grandma and Grandpa's room. Stay tuned for our trip to Downtown Disney.

Looking forward to your future trip reports! :)
Thanks V. I always go through a Disney depression after the trip but going through the pictures and memories really helps!!! Hope you enjoy.
Loved seeing your road trip pics! As you said, there is something so magical about the journey. Looking forward to seeing more:)
Thanks for linking up today and sharing your Wordless Wednesday with The Disney Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop!
Love the anticipation of the trip down and then the excitement when you see the sign and know you are on Disney property!
I love those Mickey pancakes - perfect way to start a roadtrip to Disney World!
Great pics! I did many road trips with my family when I was a kid and we always had such a fun time. I think my kids are missing out - time to schedule a trip to WDW via car!
I totally agree! Something about a Disney road trip. Love it. The ride home though...just not as magical. At all.
There's still a couple of square inches to try and pack something else in the back of that van if you want. Or is that the room you left open for souvenirs?
Looking forward to reading about the rest of your trip.
I agree totally- you have to embrace the journey!!!
